  • Horrible - nice employees but every other part of this process is awful! Car was filthy trash & food all over the back seats. We walked around the outside didn't think of checking inside was clean but be sure to! There was so much food under one seat it wouldn't fold down. Storage compartments broken, had to replace a fuse so outlets would work. Return- had to wait AN HOUR just to return the vehicle. I tried to save money by not going to the airport but never again! Better to pay extra & save the frustration and time.
