| - I WAS a huge fan of Bliss Flow...so much that I purchased 3 20-class passes @$250 for my 2 teenage daughters and myself, for a total of $750! When I purchased the passes I was told by the person that I paid for them, that they did not expire. This was important to me because I knew that even with busy schedules, we would use them. My younger daughter arrived at the studio one day and was told her pass had expired, even though she had used less than half of the classes I bought for her. My older daughter and I had also only used a handful of our classes as well, and they were now ALL expired. Since I thought they didn't expire at all, I was pretty surprised, to say the least. I did contact the studio several times and had a very hard time getting anyone to call me back. When the studio manager did finally return my calls, I explained the situation. She told me that there was nothing that she could do for me since the passes had expired, and even went so far as to suggest that I purchase new passes so that we could take classes again! I told her that since I was already out the majority of my $750 purchase I would not be doing that. I don't understand why she couldn't just reinstate my 3 passes since I DID PAY for them and it's not like the studio was going to lose money on the transaction by giving me something for free. I mean, seriously, how hard would it have been to extend the time of the passes to give us a chance to use them??? To say the very least, I was extremely disappointed at the lack of caring on their part, and am sorry to say that they have lost 3 customers as a result.
