  • This review is a bit delayed but I wanted to make sure that word gets out about the wonderful customer service I received. I had an order of letterpress, duplexed and debossed business cards done with Captain Printworks. I love that they spent the time to ensure the paper and custom pantone colours were exactly as I wanted (in person) before completing the entire order. The first set of results were a bit inconsistent and when I brought this issue up, they immediately offered to redo the entire order and even let me come in to work with their technician to ensure that the deboss strength was just perfect. We went through several iterations but finally got it exactly as I had envisioned. Their response time was quick and customer service went above and beyond. I would not hesitate to recommend their services! Thank you so much Captain Printworks!
