This is one of those few restaurants in Vegas that are not insanely expensive and in which you can feel like you're in a real restaurant and not in a restaurant that is an extension of a casino (however, the slots are not far away!). The waitstaff is very good and very quick. The drinks are phenomenal and the few times I've gone, the bartender was super friendly and hilariously charming (hard to do when you're dealing with so many tourists!). The food is excellent and portions are fairly generous. I've only been there for lunches, but I imagine the food is evening better in the evening. I've tried the chicken, mushroom, and vegie crepe and so far it's my favorite. Their steamed artichokes are delicious as well. I highly recommend sitting outside on the patio that overlooks the Bellagio fountains, provided it's not 107 outside!
