  • Warning stay away!! Horrible location with terrible staff that shouldn't be in the medical field. I showed up a few minutes before they closed with my little boy (6 years old) who had a high fever, and the girl in front goes running to the front to turn off the open light. Then as I walk in says we are closing and I said" I have a sick child with a high fever, can he please be seen really quickly" and I overhear a nurse with short red hair saying " I'm not staying another minute I don't care" and the receptionist said they will not stay to check my son. I was in shock they would turn away a small child. These people are in the wrong profession and should be ashamed of themselves. What ever happened to being in the medical field to help people not just collect a pay check. I called customer relations multiple times and left messages to call me and never received a call back. Banner should be ashamed of this staff and this reflects on them!! Never will I ever go there or any Banner facility again!!!!
