  • we were conned into a tour when my husband and I went to check in at Bally's.. We just got off a 5 hour flight and to the hotel when we were caught off guard. My husband and I asked several times if this was a time share and each time we were told no.. When we found out the day of the tour we wanted to back out and eat the $50 we had paid. We were told that we are getting some free gifts it would only be an hour.. it was 4 hours of being held hostage.. that is the best way to describe it. We said NO we did not want to buy a time share and they continued to barrage us with other options everything was still no.. today I got a phone call in which they pretended to be from Bally's. When I questioned them if this was a time share they said yes.. I said we were conned when we were there and not interested.. they hung up on me.. BEWARE.. they are con artists
