rev:text	Reviewing the Breastcare Center. One of the worst things to happen to a woman is to find something wrong with her body. I had scheduled an appt with the Breastcare Center for an ultrasound and mammogram for 12/8/15. My dr said she wanted it done sooner. I called SW to reschedule my appt. The only other appt was 11/25 at 8am. I took it. I get there and this woman tells me I'm there on the wrong day. Turns out, the person who rescheduled my appt moved the time but not the date. I explained what happened and that it wasn't my fault. She told me there was nothing she could do, let her check in her patients, then she will help me. What was I? Not a patient? 30 mins go by and still no help. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me ok. Still nothing. She didn't care nor did she do anything to help. By chance a manager came up to fix this woman's computer. I asked her to help me. She actually did and said they would work me in. I was grateful but I just had to wait. After 1 hr & 1/2, I asked how much longer and of course they couldn't tell me. I felt like an inconvenience to them. I got fed up and left. Leaving my mammogram. It's ok? I'm sure the lump is nothing. I left. I went up to radiology and spoke with another manager. Told him what was going on and he apologized. He was going to get me in but unfortunately I had another appt in and hr. He was shocked at what happened. I manage a medical office as well and i would never do this to anyone. It shouldn't take this much to be heard or helped. Now I'm left wondering and waiting. I'm sure it's nothing but it's not like it was botox or something. My dr felt it was important enough to get done sooner. We'll see, hopefully it's nothing.
