  • Union Apartments is the WORST apartment complex to ever exist. Besides the outrageous power bills because of the way the apartments are set up, the disgusting swimming pool, the dirty gym/complex itself, the thin walls, and the terrible parking...the staff is horrendous. Ricky is possibly the worst human to ever walk on this earth, he is so rude and extremely unhelpful. After TWO MURDERS, that occurred in the complex and multiple robberies within the same month, the "highly secured gate" broke multiple times! Don't worry, we had a guy riding a BIKE with a helmet on in a yellow shirt riding around "protecting" literally the same 4 apartments because he was rarely moving. Every staff member in the office is unpleasant to work with, extremely rude, and unhelpful! For instance, I asked, "What is the total possible amount I will be refunded for my deposits upon moving in?" Reasonable question, yet it was incomprehensible to the staff member I was speaking to. Literally never helpful. I hate union apartments, I will never recommend you to anyone. You are awful.
