  • I have literally asked this company over the past 10 years to remove me from their call list. 3 days ago I received a call and told her to remove me. Today I get another call from them and I told them to remove me again. I have not owned the car they are calling about for at least 10 years. I would never use this company for anything as they have never respected my request over the past 10 years to remove my number. They have called me from 480-848-4456. Below are helpful linksl. DO NOT underestimate how effective it can be to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I used the BBB previously to stop unwanted solicitations from a particular company and within 10 days I received a copy of their reply to the BBB with their assurance I would never be contacted again... and I haven't been. https://www.bbb.org/consumer-complaints/file-a-complaint/get-started https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=39744 https://www.azag.gov/complaints/consumer You CAN put an end to these calls. After you have informed these people that their calls are unwanted, take the above action, fill out the complaint forms... and you'll see results. If you can record their phone call, even better. Be polite, state that you don't want to called and will take action if the calls continue. Be aware Arizona is a one consenting party call recording state. You have no legal obligation to inform calling party he/she is being recorded.
