  • Went there for a mammogram, initially I tried to book online at the Scottsdale location and the first appointment available was for June, I booked for that date (but mistakenly) I thought the appointment was for May...so when I visited the Scottsdale location at the front desk they said I wasn't even on the system and that I can't schedule mammogram appointments online...well I did. I had to show the confirmation email to probe I had the appointment. (But of course my fault I never double checked the month) That's when they found I was one month earlier...however just one lady was nice the other 2 where like stressed already and it was not yet 7:00am...and they give me a card to call the mammogram scheduling department. Then at home I called and Cassandra answered my phone call, Ohh she was sweet, helpful and totally professional, Thank you Cassandra from Scheduling! She said the soonest appointment was at this Gilbert location for the same day, I really didn't care the drive, and I'm glad I was sent there! I don't think I would receive the same level of care honestly in the Scottsdale location... In this SMIL Gilbert location ALL the ladies from the front desk were lovely, understanding and helpful! Specially because for this time of the day I have my young toddler with me. Oh another thing I liked it's that they have a kids space with a small kids table and chairs with crayons and paper to color some pictures. Then Amanda the mammogram technician was very helpful and also very patient , I told her it was my first mammogram and that I was nervous well she took the time to explain with details and was gentle, which I really appreciate! Thank you Amanda!!! The facility is clean, apparently new and nice, they have rooms where you can change your clothes and private lockers It was a very nice experience! If I can rate with 10 stars I would! Keep up with the good work
