  • Horrible horrible property management company. They're impossible to get a hold of! Tierra is the worst leasing agent! They don't communicate with you. They swindle you for more money. If you is this company make sure Karla is your agent. She was very helpful. Tierra was supposed to do the signing of our lease but when we were on our way from CO and had delays in Utah due to weather Tierra told us if we weren't at their office by 5 she wasn't giving us the house even though we had a full deposit down. We called Karla and she made sure someone was there to give us keys after 5. When I asked for a copy of our lease they refused. Now they are swindling us for money because Tierra lied about our last day so we paid an extra month and didn't do the legal action a leasing agent is supposed to do at the end of your term. She never returns your calls when you need her.
