  • At first when we moved to this apartment, we plan to stay permanently until a family with a kid moved in upstairs above us. The 9 month kid keeps waking us up by running around and stomping the ceiling during the day and night. We have tried to solve the issue by speaking with the neighbor directly many times and even report to the office about the issue. I can say that after trying to report and solving with them. No one seems to help us and we have many night where we just can't simply sleep. I know it's the neighbor issue but the apartment people should have give them warning to prevent that from happening everyday! This issue has been going on for at least two months. Please help your tenant. Otherwise the only solution for us is to move out. If you are reading this, please speak with the neighbor room 2070 and get this problem sorted. Thank you.
