We took our dog here one time, and after nervously watching her on the webcam all day, she never went back. They only have 1 employee outside with DOZENS of dogs swimming. When dogs are jumping in on top of other dogs, you need more supervision. I also didn't agree with their disciplining of animals. My dog can be bossy with other dogs and I watched a kid basically tackle her and point his finger in her face at one point. Webcams don't lie, people. I also read reviews that the owner refuses to take responsibility for anything bad happening at the facility, which is proven by this most recent heartbreaking story. My heart goes out to this victim family. This is a case of pure negligence. I pray that this place closes its doors to bring justice to Matilda. To the family, know that this whole community is on your side. We can't bring her back, but we could help with your healing process.
