  • Good food, although slightly pricey for what I got. Ordered the Impossible burger, as Graze is one of the only 2 places in Madison that offers it. The burger was the Impossible patty with the Double Cheese Smash Burger topping. It was good, although the patty was a little flat/smushed, but I'm not sure if that was a result of the burger itself or preparation. The taste was good but combined with the thin patty and the toppings of the pickles and burger sauce I felt like I was eating a $16 Big Mac. I think the fries were slightly overdone as well. It was a solid meal with no glaring errors, but it ended up being pretty pricey with the patty substitution. However, our waitress was very accommodating and the view of the Captiol building made for a quite nice ambience. Hopefully I'll be back to try other dishes!
