Opened by a man named Jacques and named after Georges Brassens song, Les Co'pains D'abord is a small little bakery that offers a variety of different types of breads and croissants. The hubs and I stopped by while in the area, as we had heard that they're known for their buttery croissants. We had ordered one, and I was a little sad that they had run out of the cheese ones already T___T The regular croissant was okay, but it wasn't as buttery as it was described (I actually found the shape of it pretty funny) :P The hubs enjoyed it, as he stated that it was slightly different, not too sweet, and was flaky enough. It may have been slightly better if it was right out of the oven or warmed up, as I thought it was more on the dry end. Staff was super friendly, and there's limited seating inside. There is also a little water cooler with complimentary water.
