  • Quebec microbrewery, probably one of the best, which is no small feat since Quebec is home to (some of) the best craft beer in the world. Everything they make: pilsners, IPAs, barley wines, stouts and everything in between is made with care, art and most of all deliciousness! They also have guest products which change frequently. You can't really go wrong. The food is simple yet delightful, try their pizzas! The service is top notch: Friendly and knowledgable. I always ask my waiter or bartender to bring me a surprise, I've never been disappointed. If you're looking to discover great flavours in a noisy and friendly pub ambiance, this is definitely one to check out.
