rev:text	We were shocked when our Whirlpool front load Duet washer went out after about 10 years. I honestly thought washers were made to last at least 20 years so we started the process of researching what to buy. I knew we were NOT going to replace a front load with a front load (who wants to deal with mold, smell, etc.) We immediately went on YELP and when I plugged in "Best Apliance Store in Phoenix" up popped Best Home Appliances. And the reviews told the story: BUY FROM THEM. I called at 5:55pm on a Friday night and Randy answered the phone. He spent at least 15 minutes telling us all we wanted to know about brands and when we told him we were interested in Speed Queen he gave us the price on the phone. No gimmicks. NO sales push. No pressure. We said we would come in the next day and we did. Ordered both the SQ washer (now built with a 25 year life span - not guaranteed but at least they think the product will last and it carries a 5 year guarantee!) and matching SQ dryer. Delivery set up right on the spot for Wednesday (due to Labor Day holiday). It was seamless except for the fact I swore we needed a gas dryer and instead it should have been electric. They were SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO nice about my mistake and were going to absorb the $50 restocking fee for the gas dryer. I told them absolutely not it was not their fault and there is no way they should do that. All I can say is: honesty, integrity, fairness, exceptional install to perfection by Clint and his partner, terrific sales and ops knowledge by Randy. When you are spending $1800 on equipment you want to feel good about it and we DO!
