  • Dealing with Art and Pat was a pleasure. No high pressure, just friendly helpful service. Fortunately, they had the two carpet types we were looking for to totally re-carpet our house (116 sq. yards.). Their pricing is no "smoke and mirrors" come-on you see from others. Their by-the-yard price includes carpet, padding, and installation. We elected to go with a heaver pad than the standard at a higher price than the base price. Art came to our home that same evening to measure and provide an estimate. We signed that night, and installation was schedule two days later. The installers arrived on schedule and went to work immediately. We elected to have them help move and replace our furniture at a reasonable cost paid directly to the installers. They did this with no damage and no complaints even though some our furniture was large and very heavy. Six hours later 116 sq. yards. of carpet was laid, vacuumed and furniture back in place. Re-carpeting your entire house is as bad as a move normally, but Art's guys minimized the pain.
