Why are there a lot of employees standing around and it take awhile to get help? With all of the technology that Apple has... Why can't their sales folk tell you upfront what is not currently in stock after spending all that time waiting to get help and then get help and make your decision and wham you heart is broken. All that is left is something that is not highly desired and why spend you hard earned dollars on something that you do not want. Is it that hard to let the consumer know upfront that an item is not in stock and most importantly when it will be in stock? Why not offer to buy the item online right then and there. Or if another Apple Store has it in stock! Other stores provide this service.
