  • This salon has the best customer service I've received in quite a while. I was offered a drink as soonas I walked in, and was seated to wait for my stylist. The salon is modern, simple and doesn't have an over powering chemical smell like some can. They have a great selection of magazines, and not just hair ones for your wait. My stylist kassandra was SO great. She was chatty, funny, and listened to what I said. She asked me why i chose her, and i told her because the website said she specializes in long hair. This to me is important, since i know a lot of stylists do not like doing long hair (she agreed) she promised me that if I wanted to get my hair to a certain length she would help me achive that, and what would be necessary to do so. She touched up my makeup when i left, and made sure i was happy with my cut, which was nice. The receptionist I encountered while paying was also super friendly and I already made my next appointment (which I never do in the salon). Very happy with this place. There's a reason it gets good reviews.
