  • I called in to make an appointment. Called again to confirm and was told you should have called earlier we gave away your time slot. Fine. Made another appointment. Called in to say I'll be late (traffic). She says that's fine. Before I get there about 20 min late, I call to say I am nearby. She said too late. We don't have anyone available anymore. WTF? I drive from Yonge and Steels in rush hour traffic for this? Avoid.
