  • Unfortunately I have to give this place a negative review. I've used them several times and the last two visits were the very last straw. Pros: - open 24/7 as the name states so it's convenient for drop off and pickup unlike other boarding facilities. Cons: -the place smells unbelievably bad -you cannot see where they put your dogs so who knows what the conditions are like "back there" -my Weimaraner got bit a few months ago and I was told it was very minor and no big deal but when I picked her up, I could see that it was a big deal and had to rush her to the vet where she received 12 stitches! -this past week I had my Weimaraner and my Golden Retriever there for two nights. When I picked them up, I was told once again that my Weimaraner "got a small scratch on her back". When I looked at it, it was not a small scratch but rather a large bite wound and once again had to rush her to the vet! My Golden Retriever started coughing and retching within a day of picking them up and after yet another trip to vet, he was diagnosed with kennel cough!! (Side note: they did reimburse me for the vet visit after I called them about the 2nd dog bite but I didn't even bother calling them after the kennel cough diagnosis and additional vet visit for my golden as I'd had quite enough at that point!). Never ever again will my dogs be taken to this place. I'm not sure what's going on here and how many dogs they take in at once but clearly they don't have a handle on how the dogs behave (two major dog bites in two visits?!) nor on the health of the dogs allowed in. Be very careful when selecting this day care/boarding facility!
