I went in for a gel pedicure and was not impressed. The pedi seemed very rushed and the massage portion(usually my favorite part) was literally about 45 seconds per leg. She did grab a hot stone and massaged with that for about 30 seconds. I don't really see the point in pulling out hot stones if you aren't going to spend anytime using them. It was sat morning so I know it's usually a busy time but when I'm spending $50 +tip on a pedicure I'd like to feel a little relaxed and not rushed.
Looking at my toes now I can see a few of them are cut very crooked and short. The gel doesn't look very smooth or even, I've done better at home with my own gel kit.
I don't usually have high standards for nail salons but I like to have results that are better than I can do myself and to get out of the house for a few minutes to relax. Neither happened at this salon so I doubt I would return.
