I have been to Foxy Nails and Spa twice and both experiences were horrible. The first time I went there I had to wait for 45 minutes before I was seen. A week later, my nails were lifting up. The second time I went there, the wife of the owner made me bleed around my nail and act like it was not a problem. I had to ask her to put antiseptic on my nail and she continued to rush to do my nails. Then there were some payment issues. I think I paid more than what I asked for. I wanted a simple service and it turned to be more than what I expected. All I wanted was a fill-in with gel polish and I paid more than the amount of a full-set. I was never asked details, she just did it and had to redo polish because I told her I wanted color, but she decided to put clear polish on my nails. I was not at ease with what happened, so I called the owner of the shop to file a complaint and the end result was that he needed to get off the phone because a customer is trying to pay with a credit card and I was holding up the phone line. Foxy Nails and Spa provided very poor service and I will not be returning. I spoke to a nurse friend and she told me to watch out for my finger and hopefully I do not get Hepatitis because of the poor quality of care.
Others may had better experiences because they dwelt with a few of their great employees, but I dwelt with both owners. And you expect the owners to be on point...NOT! I am new to the shop, so I did not know who to go to, but I was told it was a great shop.
