  • Went here to print something. The lady working at the printing section named Sobi was extremely unhelpful, uneducated about their services and rude. I asked if I could borrow a USB to put my files on so I could use the printer. She said they cannot give put their USB and the only way I can do that is if I buy my own........... I asked if there was another option. She said no. You will need to buy your own USB. I mentioned that at another staples they had a system where I sent my file to an email and could access it on the printer. She said that she has never heard of that and that that technology doesnt exist...............??? Then i mentioned the google drive option. She said yes you can use google drive. I go to the printer and realize the technology she said "didnt exist" did. You send your file to a staples email and they send you a code you punch in. As i printed, i overheard 2 people mention how they have to go buy a usb. She is most likely not informing the costumers of the handful of options staple is offering...and that is really unfortunate.
