  • Overall Costco rating: 5 stars! Rating if this location of Costco: 3 stars Shopper beware: this is the closest Costco to surprise/sun city. Be prepared to weave in and out of the isles packed with "seasoned" citizens of surprise/sun city. Nothing against the elderly! believe me, I love my grandparents, but man this Costco is different than other costcos. This Costco is always suuuuuuper busy!! Every time we go, the isles are packed and checkout lines are busier than other costco locations. Employees at that Costco have told me this is the "highest accident/incident reported Costco out of all the Costco" due to the high volume of "seasoned" shoppers. Overall, it's still Costco, lots of great products and great prices. We just prefer the Costco located off of highway 17 and the 101 because it is much less crowded.
