This particular location is operated by classless unprofessionals. I've had three bad experiences with them altogether. They really don't care that they piss off the customer. And it's quite possible that they don't care that they lose business and the income that goes with it. Prior to this they fixed my tire improperly. I had to have it completely replaced with a different company. They open their store whenever they choose to show up. One time I waited for service for about an hour and a half later than their posted hours of operation. My last bad experience was with a punk ass Mexican kid that wanted to play games with regards to how I parked my car in relation to the smog kiosk. My car was parked fine. Anyone that's driven by this location would realize that by watching how other customers parked their car when getting their vehicle smogged. When asked what the problem was the punk kid was physically confrontational, which is hilarious because he really couldn't back it up. Without exaggerating, he acted as though he really didn't want to work. Because just moments before that he was playing with his cell phone while listening to his head phones. So the same punk ass kid patronizes me when I drive away without doing business with Smog Busters because he was a piece of shit and further tries pissing me off by obnoxiously saying, "Have a nice day..." repeatedly while acting out like a clown waiving his hands with a smile on his face trying to provoke me while I was leaving in order to avoid a bad business transaction. I drove down the street to another smog check on Pecos-McLeod located next to the Chase bank and did my smog check for $9.99, which was cheaper than Smog Busters by $8. This is not an isolated incident. Smog Busters has hired other people in the past to do smog checks that were unprofessional. They recently fired an employee because he kept picking fights with other customers. His name was "John." He was total white trash. A high strung confrontational type. The manager at the 7-Eleven next door to Smog Busters said that he even chased a homeless person into 7-Eleven with a bat for urinating in the parking lot. John has had other bad experiences working at another smog check station in the area. He lied to another customer in a threatening manner about allegedly knowing their background just from the detail of having their car smogged by him. The guy is a creep. While such a statement is weird and untrue. Buyer beware for anyone attempting to do business proximal to the Flamingo/Sandhill area.
