  • I arrived at ER at 4:00am in the morning with chest pains and difficulty breathing. The staff took me right away. I immediately was taken into testing, xray, and body ct. I was quickly diagnosed with a blood clot in my lung resulting from my shoulder surgery the day before. The doctor admitted me for treatment. Within 90 minutes I was in a room. The nursing staff was very kind and compassionate. They listened to my needs and promptly responded. The doctors took aggressive action regarding my clot. With treatment I was able to breathe easier and the chest pains were more tolerable. I cannot express enough of the positive experience I had at Honorhealth Scottsdale Osborn. The staff from the ER, Nursing, HR, and all the way to the housekeeping all were very professional & pleasant, and accommodated all my requests with a smile. The proper diagnosis saved my life. I am so fortunate I have this facility within 2 miles from my house. I highly suggest this facility over any other hospital in the Valley.
