If I could rate this place zero I absolutely would !
Dirty floor, workers speaking loudly across the room to each other in Vietnamese, very annoying ! This is America. English is the spoken language people.
I ordered the deluxe pedicure with wax parrafin treatment. I asked repeatedly if the wax was new or " recycled" and could not get an answer. This should have been a red flag for me as I am susceptible to fungus infection. When I asked to see the manager or owner ( apparently they have a NEW owner ) I was told he was not here.
As soon as I asked about the wax about 5 employees started chiming their opinions in Vietnamese . Now I happened to have spent time in nearby Laos so I understand the basic language and they were saying " Its none of my business" in a very condescending way.
I should have got up and left but I had an hour to kill before meeting my friends at the theatre.
The lady nail employee cut my toe while trimming my cuticle. It hurt like hell but I didnt want to make a scene. . The wax must have used because the very next day I had a nice fungus infection on the toe she cut. Yuk !
I can promise you I will never come to this shop again and I would avoid it like the bubonic plague . They have a pisspoor attitude towards cuatomers too. They are lucky to be in a busy strip mall because otherwise they are doomed to failure in my opinion. Judge for yourself. Pockett
