Like many reviewers, I would definitely give this company negative stars if I could. Yesterday, my husband found an orange violation ("registration violation") sticker placed on the driver's side window. This sticker is nearly impossible to remove and will not come off by peeling off the glass. Our vehicle does not have NV license plates yet as it was purchased as a new vehicle from the dealership. New registration was paid Online on 3-02-15 12:47pm and
per State of NV DMV instructions :
"Print this page and keep in the vehicle until you receive your new Certificate of Registration and decal.
Print a temporary permit (*See pic below) if you ordered new plates. Your plates will be mailed within 10 business days."
Nowhere in there states that it had to be placed on the dash board whatsoever. Per DMV and Metro, we did not violate any NV registration laws. Also, per HOA, we did not violate any parking rules as long as the vehicle is registered then we shouldn't have had this violation sticker. We contacted this company and formally requested to have the sticker removed by one of their reps and the response we got was "It can be removed with a razor!" Okay, given it can be removed by a razor, but why should we do the work when it was placed by one of their reps by mistake. Brian was very unprofessional and did not even apologize for THEIR MISTAKE. Maybe next time before your company vandalize a personal property and refuse to make it right, make sure the owner is ACTUALLY IN VIOLATION but in this case, we DID NOT VIOLATE ANY NV REGISTRATION LAWS! We will definitely be forwarding our complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
