  • I went to Norseman upon recommendation for high quality gear from a friend. My 24-year old backcountry hiking boots gave in and I needed a new pair that would last at least that long! After visiting MEC and Atmosphere, I have to admit that the service and attention to customer was absolutely outstanding at Norseman. Justin spent at least 45 minutes asking questions about my goals, past issues and measuring my feet. I tried three pairs of great boots and bought the clear winner. Absolutely no pressure, lots of options and time to try boots out, and detailed 'testing' methods. Came out with a 'feel good purchase' despite the price tag.
