  • This is probably one of the worst companies I've had to deal with to date. Not only are they totally incompetent but they have some of the WORST customer services I've ever encountered. I had the unfortunate luck of being assigned this contractor by my home warranty. They were 5 hours late for their scheduled 4 hour window so I waited 9 hours for them. They came and basically took the batteries out of the thermostat and put them back in and told me they fixed it. Needless to say it was broken the next day. I did a recall claim and it took them 4 days to even try to set the appointment. Every time I called it went to their answering service. When I finally got another appointment set they didn't show during the time promised AGAIN and when I called back angry about them not communicating they'd be late they canceled the appointment and never told me so we waiting again for nothing. They are completely worthless. The good news is my HW pulled through and got me somebody to come out tomorrow so at least they won't get the benefit of my money and I don't have to deal with them ever again.
