  • I made the mistake of thinking this business had a storefront because an address was listed on YELP... nope, it's a P.O. box which is a little suspect. I called a couple of times and no one answered but a nice woman called me back to set up an appointment for the "Owner" of the "business" to come to my house. I was told I would get to see a nighttime demonstration, get a price and some good advice. On the day of the appointment the "owner" was 30 minutes late so I called him and he said he "had completely forgotten about the appointment because he had taken a friend to the airport" that morning. Ok... Then he offers to drive out (but tells me what a long drive it is for him) in an hour, I accept the new appointment time and he shows up. He didn't even go in my backyard, instead he realized that my job would be under 10 lights in the front. I was then told they don't do nighttime demos if the job is under ten lights and he couldn't have gotten out of here fast enough leaving me with a promise of calling me in a day with a price. He never called. Great business "Owner". Their selection of lights by the way, about 10.
