| - I had been coming here for a few years for full highlights and had some amazing results and some crummy results. It is a school, so you take your chances.
However, there always was "Miss Shannon" on the floor when I went. She is AMAZING! She CARED! She would check in with the students and regularly give them advice.
Sadly, they moved her into a management position and she doesn't cruise the floor.
Two times ago, the teacher kept telling the student to keep the dye away from my roots or they would be hot (orange). That is not necessarily true and the student ignored her and went up close. It came out good and I was happy with it.
I HATE looking like I need a root job as I am leaving a salon, and the good stylists know how to get close to the scalp. That girl was good!
This last, and probably final time I went the student was brand new on the floor. Her teacher came on over and got her started and that was the last we saw of him until the end when my hair came out bright orange. She did not mix a stronger batch of dye for the top/front sections as they always do and in the past, the instructor makes sure they remember to do.
The teacher did not care the slightest. He never came over, even after she called him to show him what happened. He just yelled across the floor that I could get it toned elsewhere later. Every time prior it is the teacher who comes over at the end, asks if you are happy and signs off on the sheet, None of that happened this time.
A different teacher did come over and say that I could come back in within a week if I wanted, but I know enough that I toned it 3 times over the next few weeks and used purple and green shampoos so it was not fluorescent anymore.
