Moved this past weekend and our experience was good overall. I would give the movers a 4 and the office a 3.
Setting up a move with the office was really easy and quick. The quoted time was lighter than what the move ended up being (but it was fairly close) - I think the discrepancy was due to having to rely on an elevator and underestimating the time steps would take at our destination. Most companies I called either didn't get back to me at all or quoted over 2 times what Pittsburgh movers ended up costing.
On the day of the move, the movers showed up during the range of expected time (and called me to confirm when they were 30 minutes out as promised) and they worked efficiently. They did a great job padding all of our furniture and the only casualty was an Ikea wardrobe (but let's be honest, who expects that big Ikea stuff to survive a move??). We moved from a 3rd floor apartment (with elevator) into a house and these guys powered through. I was tired for them after 6 hours. . .and so thankful that we decided to get movers for the awful pain of moving.
The only issue was the payment process because the admin person was terrible with customer service and their payment system is really outdated. The head mover did a good job diffusing the situation. They have followed up twice since the move to check on our experience and I thought that was cool.
