The new car sales manager and his staff were arrogant and condescending. I had a bad feeling about this dealership within the first 15 minutes I was there and left the dealership soon after that. The experience made me wonder if I really wanted a Lexus, if this is how they treat customers. A few days after this experience and having told several friends what had happened I was advised to visit Lexus of Chandler. I did, I purchased my new car that very day and the experience was wonderful. Lexus of Chandler really understands customer service! The Earnhardt Scottsdale Lexus staff needs to realize that customers do have a choice, and that they are a poor representation of Lexus
