  • I've been here several times. I really found a tech that I liked in Tiffany, but found out she's no longer doing nails, so I just made my apt. with whoever was available. BIG mistake. I had a gentleman who did my pedicure. He rushed, didn't cut my toe nails, the polish looks sloppy and worst of all I was in so much discomfort the entire time. I mentioned to another tech how he was hurting me and she talked to him. I decide to let him do my manicure and give him another chance, BIG mistake. I have gels and he soaked them for maybe 2 mins, then tried to scrape the rest off, needless to say he didn't get it all. He did a terrible job on my cuticles and didn't shape my nails. When he was ready to start painting I stopped him and asked to speak to the owner, he just looked at me in anger and told me to go talk to her, no sorry I shouldn't have to go get the manger. Needless to say she came over and I asked for someone else to finish my nails. She got a gal who was thorough, thoughtful and acknowledge that the gel was still on my nails as well as my cuticles weren't done right. In the end she did a great job, but my toes are terrible and I had to come home to cut, shape and file them myself.
