  • Allison was immensely helpful, professional, courteous, and very efficient and timely in communicating with us. Since we were moving to Las Vegas from California, Allison even helped us a lot in finding a rental property to stay in while we looked for homes to buy. Since she has no financial gain from helping us find a rental, my wife and I thought that was very nice of her to do. After we found a temporary rental, she also mentioned we had no obligation to go with her as our realtor in the home-buying process. She genuinely wanted what was best for us and was professional throughout. We met with a few different realtors to educate ourselves and ended up sticking with Allison as we liked her "no pressure" professional approach. Allison does an excellent job of communicating with us and is very efficient and timely. My wife and I were both impressed with how she perfectly maintained the fine line between providing us recommendations/advice based on what we liked, while also backing off and letting us discover what we were interested in without any pressure. She's really good at that part! With our work schedules we had somewhat limited time windows in which we could see houses but Allison was very accommodating and spent as much as time as needed with us. Allison was also very knowledgeable and provided us numerous references for other things (such as good companies to go with for window coverings, water softeners, local landscapers to help with our backyard, etc.) so she was also an excellent resource to us. We cannot have been happier with our home buying process and Allison was a huge part in that. My wife and I both recommend her without hesitation.
