  • It actually hurts me to give Zipps on Camelback and Miller a two star rating but after going in there for several years at least two times a week to watch my favorite sports teams compete I have no choice. I will say, if I could only rate the service and staff, they are 5 stars...Jordan, Kat, Cj, Katie, Bethany, Allison, and Kelsey, just to name a few of who we have got to know who have been there awhile, always happy to take care of the customers, however this Yelp is not about the them, it's about those who own the franchises in the Phoenix area... mind you it's one family that owns all the Zipps in the valley. For the last two years, the misters did not work properly until this summer, the heaters work occasionally or not at all, the TV's need replacing cause pictures are blurry or a TV just doesn't work, signage lights have been out and not working for a long time, and regular patio lights just burned out and not replaced. The bugs have been dead inside your Main Zipps sign for the last three years, I like seeing them when I'm eating. I find it funny how you manage to keep your great staff when your customers complain to them about the upkeep and in turn your staff is making excuses for you... the owners. There are much better places that are up to date, have better patios with working equipment, and more healthier food options. In the end , price doesn't matter, people will pay more when their needs are being met and by the looks of your popularity over the years, you are losing. It's no wonder that your business is empty on big sports nights, because you are not making your place stand out. Instead you keep building more Zipps in the Valley, you should capitalize on your biggest patio bar in the area, Scottsdale Old Town, poor business decision on your part. I posted some pictures, so all could see first hand as well as a picture of our regular black olive pizza slices.... definitely cutting back on the Vegetables, usually cannot see the cheese over the black olives, however obvious money is tight.
