  • We just had a fabulous pool installed by California Pools. Since we knew the installation would take several months to complete, and involve several different groups of trades, we were expecting a nightmare! This was not even close to what happened. It started with Matt (pool design) who met with us several times to design the perfect pool and landscape for our yard. He was very patient, as we changed our minds a lot. Our construction manager Darin was absolutely fabulous, and addressed all of our concerns during the install. He came to the project a few times a week while it was under construction, and took care of any issues that arose. Elizabeth in the office kept us informed every step of the way. She always let us know when trades were coming out, and what to expect during the process. Of all the people involved, we felt Darin and Elizabeth were exceptional to work with. I would highly recommend California Pools of AZ to anyone installing a new pool. They are not the cheapest, but if you are looking for a quality install, they are the best. We just built a new home in a brand new subdivision, and a few of our neighbors are having pools installed by other well known pool contractors, and have told us they don't feel the quality of their pools is anywhere close to ours. We have heard this from several people that their contractors are still coming back weeks later to fix problems with their install. This has not been our experience, and we are very thankful for that.
