| - Frank, our sushi cook, consistently only made 1/2 my orders placed. Had to ask him about the other nigiri orders since we never received them. He kept saying he ran out. He kept on looking through the sushi bar to see if we had any more sushi left. We ate at the bar, and only received at least 1 to 2 plates at a time, no more than that. We had to order the same nigiri 3 times until he finally made it after my friend looked straight into his eyes. Paid for the bill as we where soo annoyed. Before I left, I asked the workers if they ran out of certain sushi items, they said no!!! I am a regular here for over 5 yrs, and this is the first time I felt pissed off and left hungry. It's like I order food sitting at the bar, he says yes, looks through the bar, and takes someone else's order and makes it. Zero stars for that guy Frank, 4 stars for food and service from the servers. Next time I see that he's working, I'm going to request not to have him serve us. It's better placing your orders with servers while sitting at a table if he's there- I never had an issue with anyone else. I left hungry at an All you can eat restaurant where the food is great, but service from the BOH sushi cook killed the whole experience, especially for a regular local
