  • I initially called another company to look at my ac unit because the drip pan was leaking. I was told that the unit needed to be replaced and giving two options, $6k and $8k. I wanted a second opinion so I called Dukes. Christy took my call and scheduled a tech to come to my home the same day. When Robert arrived he conducted himself in a highly professional manner, actually looked inside the unit and determined that the unit didn't need to be replaced. It turns out that the other guy didn't even look inside! The "other guy" said he checked the line and it was clear. When Robert checked it, about 2 gallons of water drained out. Dude! DUKES JUST SAVED ME S6,000! Robert also taught me how to monitor my outside drains so I can tell if its clogged again. It turns out that, like many AC companies, "the other guys" work on commission and simply try to sell you new units. Thanks so much Dukes!
