The customer service here is terrible! After getting home and looking at my receipt I realized the cashier shorted me $20. Probably because she was too busy complaining to the guy behind me about being transferred to this store. I called immediately and was placed on hold for a bit while the manager was contacted. He never came to the phone so I had to leave my name and number. I was told he would need to count the till and he would get back to me the same day. He never called me back and when I called the next day I was told he wasn't there and they have no idea so I would need to call when he's there, but she doesn't know his schedule. I shouldn't have to keep calling when it wasn't my mistake the manager should have been on top of this. Unprofessional and unorganized customer service.
