  • I Have gone here for a long time but lately i have been highly disappointed. The last two times have not been a great experience at all. The first bad experience was the nail lady cut my real finger nail and i was very nice about it but she also didn't make my nails look like i showed her on the photo. I still left a tip but those gel nails looked really ugly quickly the color faded. So the most recent time i went i asked for no gel since the previous time it didn't even last long or look pretty. So the lady over charged my card and didn't say anything till i noticed. I still tipped her but realized she still didn't give me all my money back. I called the store and they said to come back. I drove back and she said she gave me the correct changed ( when she could of told me on the phone) i had to drive back. Well today two nails fell simply by typing my essay... ( ITS BEEN ONE DAY SINCE I DID MY NAILS)...... HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED...
