If Las Vegas/Henderson do anything really well, it's parks. If you can't find a park here that you, your kids or your dog don't like, you aren't doing it right.
Bunker Park is no exception. I was here recently for the "Lose a Pound with your Hound" fundraising/charity walk to support the Heaven Can Wait Sanctuary. It is apparently held at this park every year, and it's really the perfect location. There is tons of open space, I noticed 3 large dog parks, and great facilities. The only downside was the lack of parking. Alexander is a fairly busy street, and the overflow parking was on the street, across from the park.
This park is REALLY far from my house, so I can't say that I will be back (until next year's event at least), but it was great for a day. Scout and I loved it!
