  • Moved here February 2007. The staff was friendly and helpful with any issues or problems. As time went on staff changed, rent increased and amenities quickly went away. A new company bought Monaco Park in May 2017. So many changes and none for the good have occurred. I can not wait until my lease is up to RUN SCREAMING AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!! In the past week, problems with the complex gate (the west one). Could not enter regardless of my gate clicker or manually using the gate code! Had to follow another car to the other side gate (the east one) and slip in. Put in maintenance calls that never get answered but will email you to take a survey!! Was having our kitchen floor replaced and took over three weeks before it got done!!! And was told that they would do both bathrooms also but didn't. So I move all of both bathroom items for nothing!! No sorry or anything. Carbon monoxide detector goes off, can't get it to shut up!! Call 911, immediately evacuated late Saturday night. CCFD shows up and says the detector is 11 years old! Needs to be replaced by complex who put them in. Only took almost three weeks before they were replaced with new ones. New golf carts for the staff and stupid lights on the palm trees but couldn't get trash picked up weeks!!!!
