The manager at this location is absolutely awful. My father who has rented plenty of cars from Hertz had some issues, and the manager refused to call anyone for assistance and sent us away. We kept asking her to call somebody since we had already made the reservation and it was already approved, but she said she made all the decisions and refused to contact anyone else. That particular location had wrongfully flagged his driver's license number, so he spoke with customer support during his reservation, and had it resolved and the flag removed. Apparently this locations system had not refreshed yet, and we tried to explain this to the manager and ask her to call for approval. She very smugly handed us a toll free number for customer relations, and asked us to leave. Our family typically only uses Hertz, but from now on we will be going elsewhere for our car rental business. However I do feel bad that it was just this one manager that ruined the name Hertz for us. We had such a good experience with customer support during the reservation, and this one person ruined it. I will share my story with everyone and make sure everyone I know never rents from Hertz.
