  • The last 2 times I've been there they have burnt my bagel. Lol..... there is always so much ice in my drink that it's gone in 5 seconds. & one time i sat there for 5 minutes and then they gave me my food and didn't even ask to have me pay before hand. Seems to me like poor management. Such a shame since it's THE ONLY PLACE conveniently on my way to work. :(
