  • Update: They did get back to me and fixed that one part of the roof, so I increased from 1 to 2 stars, but I'm still not sure about the other issues. I regret using this company. I got quotes that were lower, but decided to use Ariat because they had better reviews and I wanted to make sure that I got a good roof. After they finished my roof they told me that it would be an extra $500 over what they originally quoted. They didn't contact me before they did the extra work, which is standard in construction, and would have been a courtesy considering the amount of the extra work. About a week after the work was done I noticed that some of the shingles were lifting and that the roof wasn't flat in one section. I contacted them and they said that they would be out this week, but never showed up and never contacted me. I'm very disappointed in the lack of professionalism.
