  • I made the decision to use Blue Chip Auto Glass after reading the excellent reviews about the company and entire process here on Yelp. I am happy to take the time this morning to contribute to the positive rave about this business. From my understanding Kelly is the owner, and he took care of the whole process seamlessly for me. I called in after they were closed for the day, and Kelly took my phone call and helped me setup my claim for an hour after they were supposed to be closed. This speaks volumes about his dedication to customer service and the company's value toward new business. I was unsure of the insurance process, so he got my insurance provider on the phone with me and walked me through the whole process. I didn't pay a dime using Blue Chip's service through my insurance! The certified glass install technicians were fast, professional, and detailed when explaining the safety precautions following the install. It's hard to find businesses you can trust without knowing anything about them or the service they provide, but I definitely trust and recommend Blue Chip Auto Glass to anyone in need of a replacement!
